NARCO Trust – Claims Processor Transition

Effective January 1, 2026, the North American Refractories Company Asbestos Personal
Injury Settlement Trust (the “NARCO Trust”) will transition its claims processing to
the Delaware Claims Processing Facility (“DCPF”).

CRMC will stop accepting new claim filings on December 31, 2025, at 5:00 pm EST.
DCPF expects to commence accepting new NARCO Trust claims through its Trust
Online system in mid-January 2026.

The NARCO Trust will provide additional information regarding the transition and
processing of claims in the coming days. Please watch for additional announcements
from the NARCO Trust. In the meantime, all claims and claims related inquiries should
continue to go to CRMC.
